Hidden behind clear lines

A stylish and functional roof house, which at first glance looks like a dark box, was installed on one of the buildings at the Technical University of Denmark. On closer inspection, it turns out that the roof house serves as a technical cladding to conceal the technical systems behind wide aluminum slats.

The Napsu façade system was chosen for this cladding, which is particularly suitable when various installations etc. are to be discreetly concealed rather than encapsulated. The system offers an "open" solution in which you determine the center distance between the slats and their length yourself, allowing you to adjust the view as required.

In addition, there is great flexibility in choosing the visual expression of the slats. They can be powder-coated or anodized in a variety of colors or combined with wooden slats to create a unique design.
