Alufac is a system in which architecture and functionality go hand in hand. It can be individually designed and adapted exactly as required without restricting architectural freedom.

The basic idea behind Alufac is a simple and lightweight system of exclusive quality that contributes to sustainable, climate-friendly and fire-resistant construction.

The slats are designed with optional cc spacing and can be installed horizontally, vertically or as a ceiling. This gives "freedom of choice" and allows the façade solution to be adapted to the building and not vice versa.

THE CLOSED FAÇADE SYSTEM

Alufac is a façade solution with clear, sharp lines, quick installation, a long service life and sustainable documentation.

It is a closed façade system, just like Woodfac Panel. The difference is that Alufac is a façade solution with aluminum panels instead of wood.

The aluminum panels protect the building from the weather and are equipped with a ventilation system that allows the façade to "breathe".

The system offers corner solutions, various cover profiles, solutions for curved façades and reinforcement profiles that allow a large free span both horizontally and vertically.

Woodfac Click is a unique system with a large louvre panel on a bagged aluminum structure. With the help of bygningens bærende facade it is possible to compose a levende arkitektur, skabt gennem lys, skygger, materialer og design.

Woodfac Click is particularly well suited to the design of parking sheds.
The new facade system does not give parking sheds a visual wow-effect. This gives many parking garages a smooth appearance, but does not allow them to look like their surroundings.

With a lamellar coating, you get the opportunity to construct a fleet and durable parkeringshuse with a natural and warm finish that develops a soft patina over time.

Woodfac Panel is a lukewarm system that functions as an air conditioning system. The system consists of a valgrie trælameller mounted on an aluminum panel.

Alupanelerne has a ventilation system that ensures that the facades can be "opened".

The system is based on a wide range of security profiles for the detection and recording of wires, veins (lysing profiles) and other facade elements.

Thermal movement on the façade of a building refers to the natural expansion and contraction that materials undergo in response to temperature changes.

Thermal movement is integrated into all our façade solutions so that the individual components of the systems can move individually in relation to each other. This ensures that there is no internal stress, expansion or structural damage both in the individual components and as an overall façade solution.

Greenline aluminum is made from 100% collected and recycled aluminum and consumes only 5% of the energy needed to produce primary aluminum.

Our aluminum façades have been developed with flexibility in mind. They can be easily adapted and attached to any building. And because it's a modular system, it's easy to extend the façade and carry out façade repairs without visible transitions.

Façade cladding with aluminum panels can be combined with other materials, such as wood, and can be combined with partial solutions. The slats can also be mounted both horizontally and vertically with optional cc spacing.

This offers a great deal of design freedom with the possibility of creating exactly the look you want without compromising on the façade solution.

When lamellas are anodized, the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface is reinforced and increased, so that the material itself forms an additional, protective surface. Anodizing allows a wide range of visual expressions to be chosen, including various shades and glossy, matt or brushed surfaces. The anodized slats remain elegant for decades and require no maintenance.

Aluminum slats can be powder-coated in a wide range of colors, patterns and surface finishes. The powder coating provides a robust and hard-wearing surface that protects against corrosion, wear and tear and the like.

Greenline aluminum is made from 100% collected and recycled aluminum and consumes only 5% of the energy needed to produce primary aluminum.  

Aluminum facades are maintenance-free and have a life expectancy of over 70 years. However, the actual lifespan of aluminum is not known, as 75% of all aluminum produced is still in use and more than 50% is still in its first form.

Light and robust façade

Aluminum is a very light material compared to many other construction metals such as steel. In addition, aluminum has an impressive strength-to-weight ratio compared to many other materials.

This means that our slats, profiles and components are both lightweight and robust, which is an advantage for façades where weight reduction can be important, and not least when handling, transporting and installing the façade solution.

Aluminum is also naturally resistant to corrosion, which makes it ideal for exterior façade solutions as aluminum does not degrade over time. Up to 70% of all aluminum produced is still in its first version
