Alufac is a versatile Facade system that combines aesthetics and functionality in a solution that can be adapted to your specific requirements - without restricting architectural freedom.

The Lamellae are optionally designed with cc spacing and can be installed horizontally, vertically or as a ceiling. This gives "freedom of choice" and allows the façade solution to be adapted to the building and not vice versa.

THE CLOSED FACADE SYSTEM

Alufac is a façade solution with clear, sharp lines, quick installation, a long service life and sustainable documentation.

It is a closed Facade system, just like Woodfac Panel. The difference is that Alufac is a façade solution with aluminum panels instead of wood.

The aluminum panels protect the building from the weather and are equipped with a ventilation system that allows the façade to "breathe".

The system offers corner solutions, various cover profiles, solutions for curved facade and reinforcement profiles that allow a large free span both horizontally and vertically.

Woodfac Click is a unique system with a large louvre panel on a bagged aluminum structure. With the help of bygningens bærende facade it is possible to compose a levende arkitektur, skabt gennem lys, skygger, materialer og design.

Woodfac Click is particularly well suited to the design of parking sheds.
The new facade system does not give parking sheds a visual wow-effect. This gives many parking garages a smooth appearance, but does not allow them to look like their surroundings.

With a lamellar coating, you get the opportunity to construct a fleet and durable parkeringshuse with a natural and warm finish that develops a soft patina over time.

Woodfac Panel is a lukewarm system that functions as an air conditioning system. The system consists of a valgrie trælameller mounted on an aluminum panel.

Alupanelerne has a ventilation system that ensures that the facades can be "opened".

Panelløsningen consist blandt andet af variable single-, dobbelt- og hjørnepaneler med standede huller til facadeskruer, der skjules, når panelerne klipses zusammen.

The system is based on a wide range of security profiles for the detection and recording of wires, veins (lysing profiles) and other facade elements.

The Lamellae, the structure and the profiles of the façade system are made from certified recycled aluminum.

Greenline® aluminum is made from 100% collected and recycled aluminum and has an extremely low carbon footprint of only 1.8 kg CO₂-eq./kg, compared to primary aluminum, which has a footprint of 11.1.

THERMAL MOVEMENT

Thermal movement refers to the natural expansion and contraction of materials as a result of temperature fluctuations.

Thermal movement is integrated into all our facade solutions so that the individual components can move independently of each other. This ensures that there is no internal stress, strain or structural damage to the individual components or the entire façade solution.

The Facade system is a special plug-and-play system that is reminiscent of building with LEGO.

Our aluminum façades have been developed with flexibility in mind. They can be easily adapted and attached to any building. And because it's a modular system, it's easy to extend the façade and carry out façade repairs without visible transitions.

Façade cladding with aluminum panels can be combined with other materials, such as wood, and can be combined with partial solutions. The Lamellae can also be installed both horizontally and vertically with optional cc spacing.

This offers a great deal of design freedom with the possibility of creating exactly the look you want without compromising on the façade solution.

ANODIZATION
Powder coating

During anodizing, the natural oxide layer on the surface is reinforced and thickened so that the material itself forms an additional protective layer. Anodizing offers the possibility to choose different visual appearances, including colors and glossy, matt or brushed surfaces. The anodized Lamellae will remain elegant for decades and require no maintenance.

Aluminum slats can be treated with a powder coating in a variety of colors, patterns and surface finishes.

The powder coating ensures a robust and hard-wearing surface that protects against corrosion, wear and tear and other influences.

LOW CLIMATE FOOTPRINT AND UNIQUE SERVICE LIFE

We offer Greenline certificates and EPD reports that document a low climate footprint and the best EPD values on the market. This guarantees sustainable construction.

Greenline aluminum is made from 100% collected and recycled aluminum and consumes only 5% of the energy needed to produce primary aluminum.  

Aluminum facades are maintenance-free and have a life expectancy of over 70 years. However, the actual lifespan of aluminum is not known, as 75% of all aluminum produced is still in use and more than 50% is still in its first form.

Light but robust façade

Aluminum is a very light material compared to many other construction metals such as steel. In addition, aluminum has an impressive strength-to-weight ratio compared to many other materials.

This means that our Lamellae, profiles and components are both lightweight and robust, which is an advantage for facade, where weight reduction can be important, and not least when handling, transporting and installing the façade solution.

Aluminum is also naturally corrosion resistant, which makes it ideal for facade solutions outdoor use, as aluminum does not degrade over time. Up to 70% of all aluminum produced is still in its first version
