Creative design

The parking garage on Tomgårdsvej in Copenhagen NV is a building where the design of the façade was "played" with.

The cladding consists of brown anodized aluminium slats, which create a particularly varied look with their three different sizes.

The aluminum slats measure 80x15, 30x86 and 50x50 mm and are all mounted with the same cc spacing of 106 mm. They are mounted both vertically and horizontally and "tilted" in various shapes, and the parking garage has a finely curved façade that is also clad with aluminum slats.

Tomgårdsvej is a good example of the design freedom of façade systems, where creativity can be given free rein. There are no limits, only many possibilities - whether the façade is clad in aluminum or wood or perhaps a combination of both or other materials, as in this parking garage.
