ECCO's Global Marketing

A few years ago, ECCO built its new global marketing building in Tønder, Denmark.

It is an architectural gem inspired by the original roof volumes of the marsh farms and their flat horizons. Read more about the idea behind the building on the website of Ravns Arkitektur , who designed the building.

Nordisk Profil supplied both our Woodfac Click and Woodfac Panel timber façade solutions for this beautiful building.

Click is the "open" system in which the slats are installed in front of the building's load-bearing façade. Panel, on the other hand, is a closed façade system that acts as a building envelope and protects the building.

The slats are made of cedar wood, which is naturally very resistant to wind and weather. This also means that it does not need to be heat-treated to ensure dimensional stability and longevity.

If you opt for cedar wood, it is available in beautiful warm shades ranging from light yellow to a reddish character.

Woodfac Click is equipped with 40x40 mm and 40x140 mm slats.

Woodfac Panel is installed with 34x34 mm slats and a cc spacing of 70 mm
