Bella 3 'Mørchs Hus'

The new residential area of Copenhagen in Ørestaden is called Bellakvarter.

Many apartment blocks, both private and commercial, are shooting up here. Bellakvarter is close to the city, the metro and is surrounded by beautiful nature.

The Bella 3 construction project, called "Mørchs Haus", is an apartment building with a high-rise.

The high-rise building consists of sandwich elements clad with aluminum panels. The slats were chosen in a light anodized finish, which together with the dark brick base of the residential building creates a high-contrast building.

The Nordisk Profil façade louvre system is our sustainable Napsu system. It is designed with two different slat dimensions (40x100 mm and 100x40 mm), which contributes to an exciting and eye-catching look.
